The consensus molecular classifications of micropapillary (MP), plasmacytoid (PC), and sarcomatoid (SM) subtypes of bladder UC were determined and distinct transcriptomic profiles were demonstrated, with PC exhibiting an intermediate phenotype between MP and SM.
