Temporal, genome-scale analysis of Myxococcus xanthus developmental fate in a mixed population
The results demonstrate the power of using the newly-created mutant library to elucidate M. xanthus biology and provide numerous avenues toward deeper understanding of cellular interactions and differentiation.
