Machine learning-based identification of hub genes and prognostic biomarkers in prostate cancer

EZH2, CDK1, and AURKA constitute an internally validated prognostic risk signature in PCa that links cell cycle dysregulation to an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and provides clinically actionable risk stratification and highlights candidate therapeutic targets in prostate cancer.
