Retrospective study of correction of rigid adult clubfoot or equinovarus deformity using Ilizarov technique, outcomes in Pakistan

The Ilizarov fixator with tendo-Achilles lengthening allowed controlled correction of rigid clubfoot deformity with minimal complications and Ankle-foot-orthosis could minimise any residual deformitiy.
