Sakuranetin modulates estrogen receptor signaling in breast cancer cells

The role of sakuranetin as a natural estrogenic compound is supported, having chemical similarities to estrogen, in breast cancer cell lines with constitutively active ER through an inserted mutation in the ERα.

Crucial role of telomere maintenance-related genes in survival prediction and subtype identification in colorectal cancer

Findings indicate telomere maintenance-related gene signature could serve as a preliminary auxiliary risk stratification tool for postoperative CRC patients, and PDE1B may also serve as a potential epithelial tumor-suppressor target for future preclinical studies.
