The development of activity-based mannanase probes
The synthesis of cyclophellitol-inspired ABPs based on mannobiose, mannotriose, and glucomannose are described and their use in reporting mannanase activities in secretomes from saprophytic bacteria and fungi grown on mannan-containing biomass polysaccharides is described.
