tris‐Schiff Base Derivatives Containing Flurbiprofen as Potential Tyrosinase Inhibitors: Synthesis, In Vitro Evaluation, Molecular Docking, DFT and Dynamics Simulations

ABSTRACT A novel series of tris‐Schiff bases of flurbiprofen has been synthesised via multi‐step reactions, structures were deduced by means of HR‐ESI‐MS, 13C‐ and 1H‐NMR spectroscopy and screened for their in vitro tyrosinase inhibitory potential. All the synthetic derivatives attributed noteworthy inhibition except c...

Unc-51 like kinase 3 (ULK3) contributes to autophagy and cell survival in multiple myeloma

Despite effective therapies such as proteasome inhibitors, multiple myeloma (MM) patients relapse with refractory disease. Analysis of RNA sequencing data from CD138 + MM patient cells (n = 813) across disease stages identifies an autophagy gene signature. Particularly elevated ULK3 expression is strongly associated wi...

Integrated metagenomic and metabolomic insights into microbial metabolic reprogramming in the rhizosphere of the invasive plant Praxelis clematidea under low-temperature stress

This integrated multi-omics study reveals that P. clematidea is associated with an altered rhizosphere microbiome, differential functional gene abundance, and reorganized metabolic networks under low-temperature conditions.
