ZIF-8-Conf@AuNRs/HA nanosystem: design, fabrication, and investigation of its therapeutic potential in skin cancer

Results indicate that ZIF-8-Conf@AuNRs/HA, with high cytotoxicity through effective cellular uptake and induction of apoptosis as a drug delivery nanocarrier, has a promising prospect for the treatment of melanoma.
