Multistage Rewinding Decoder for QLDPC Codes

The proposed multistage decoding framework targets the failure dynamics caused by both classical trapping sets and degenerate errors supported on symmetric stabilizers, which are among the primary limitations of iterative decoding for QLDPC codes.
