Dirichlet--Neumann bracketing for nonlocal operators

We establish Dirichlet--Neumann bracketing for the Dirichlet eigenvalues of $\psi(-\Delta)$ on bounded Lipschitz domains, where $\psi$ is an arbitrary complete Bernstein function.
