Formalized Hopfield Networks and Boltzmann Machines

This work formalizes Hopfield networks, whose probabilistic updates converge to a stationary distribution, and stochastic networks, whose probabilistic updates converge to a stationary distribution, via a new formalization of the Perron--Frobenius theorem.
