HPV16 transcriptional patterns in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma with different clinical outcomes

Overall, this exploratory study identifies HPV16 transcriptional differences between OPSCC tumors from patients with different clinical outcomes and requires validation in larger, independent cohorts before prognostic or clinical relevance can be inferred.

Findings identify KYAT1-dependent metabolic activation and convergence of NRF2-ATF4 stress pathways as key determinants of MSC responsiveness, revealing phenotype-dependent remodeling of redox and ferroptosis-associated networks in PDAC.
