This work generates concise rules that express relations between perception to action and uses Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) to train Qwen2.5 and Llama3 models across four ToM benchmarks, suggesting that explicit rules help models bridge the reasoning gap in ToM and support knowledge transfer across models.

A two-dimensional taxonomy is proposed: the first dimension categorises models based on their methodology, including translation-based models, tensor factorisation-based models, deep neural network-based models, logic rule-based models, and hyperedge expansion-based models, and hyperedge expansion-based models.

This work proposes Long Chain-of-Thought Graph Verifier (LCoT-GV), a graph-based framework that represents LCoTs as reasoning graphs, each node in the graph represents a reasoning step and the edges encode semantic and logical relations.
