Dynamic Entropic Mapping of Alzheimer's Neuropathology: Eyes-Open and Eyes-Closed EEG Biomarkers through Wavelet Entropy Analysis.

Dual-state wavelet entropy analysis shows that dual-state wavelet entropy analysis, especially ΔEN α, is a noninvasive tool for detecting neurodynamic abnormalities in AD, reflecting loss of state-dependent responsiveness and neural complexity.

EEG Microstate Dynamics Across Sleep Stages in Alzheimer's Disease: A Pilot Study.

This is the first study to report that AD patients exhibit altered microstate parameters and transition probabilities across sleep stages, and suggests that sleep-stage-resolved microstate analysis may offer a new tool for assessing AD.
