Taxonomic study on some species of Cicadellidae from Qinghai, China, with description of one new genus and two new species

Twenty leafhopper species were recently collected from Qinghai Province, China, including one new genus of Deltocephalinae and a new species of the microleafhopper genus Parafagocyba, and their genitalia and habitat photos are provided.
