Tuberculosis burden in Saudi Arabia: retrospective analysis of national surveillance data, 2012–2024, with future forecasts

Although TB burden has declined since 2013, national incidence has shown little further reduction after 2020, although considerable uncertainty remains, and exploratory forecasts suggest broadly stable incidence through 2029, although considerable uncertainty remains.

A bivalent multi-epitope vaccine targeting CSP and TRAP of Plasmodium vivax designed through immunoinformatics and structural bioinformatics

The current study suggests a rationally engineered multi-epitope bivalent vaccine candidate against P. vivax, providing a base for future experimental validation.
