Surrogate Modeling and Optimization of a Dual-Band Circular Patch Antenna with a C-Shaped Slot Using MLP Neural Networks
A hybrid optimization framework based on Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) is proposed, combining the developed MLP model with a Method-of-Moments (MoM) simulator, which achieves an order-of-magnitude acceleration of the optimization process compared to conventional MoM methods while maintaining high accuracy.
