Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI): Technological Evolution, Information Security and Ethical-Sociological Analysis of Human-ai Symbiosis

This article examines the technological evolution and future prospects of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). The study analyzes the historical foundations of neurocomputing systems, the architecture of Neuralink implants, biometric authentication methods based on convolutional neural networks, and information security mechanisms using blockchain technologies and homomorphic encryption. Special attention is paid to the mathematical scaling laws of artificial intelligence, the prospects of human-AI symbiosis, and the ethical, social, and philosophical implications of neurotechnology development. The paper discusses issues of neuroprivacy, neurocapitalism, and neurodiscrimination, and proposes regulatory mechanisms within the framework of neurorights.
