Generative Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management: Transformation of Recruitment, Talent Management and Employee Experience

The rapid advancement of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is fundamentally transforming contemporary human resource management (HRM) practices. This study aims to identify the key directions and mechanisms through which Generative AI reshapes core HR functions. Particular attention is devoted to the transformation of recruitment, talent management, and employee experience. The research is based on a systematic review of contemporary scholarly publications between 2024 and 2026, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence technologies in HRM. The findings indicate that Generative AI significantly enhances the automation of routine HR operations, improves the quality of human resource decision-making, enables personalized employee interactions, and facilitates the development of innovative approaches to human capital management. At the same time, the study identifies several critical challenges associated with the adoption of Generative AI, including algorithmic bias, limited transparency of AI-assisted decision-making, data privacy concerns, and the necessity of maintaining meaningful human oversight in HR processes. The results suggest that Generative AI should be regarded as a strategic driver of digital transformation in human resource management, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable competitive advantages in the knowledge-based economy. Building upon the existing literature, the study proposes and examines the following research hypotheses.
