Societal and fiscal gains from HPV vaccination in Poland - return on investment from extending access to HPV vaccination.

Expanding HPV vaccination eligibility and coverage in Poland is expected to generate substantial societal and fiscal returns and not only reduces the burden of HPV-related diseases and associated mortality but also delivers a strong and sustainable return on investment.

Unlocking the value of RSV vaccination in Japan: a return on investment analysis using an integrated actuarial-macroeconomic model

Overall, adjuvanted RSVPreF3 vaccination among older adults in Japan represents good value for money from a societal perspective, where vaccine acquisition and administration costs are expected to be outweighed by substantial health, productivity, and broader economic benefits.
