Investigating the uric acid-lowering and renoprotective effects of ethyl acetate extract of salsa (JP) found it to mitigates hyperuricemia and renal inflammatory injury by regulating the MAPK/NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway, supporting its potential application as a functional food ingredient.
