Loss of SNORD104-guided rRNA methylation promotes early adaptation to crizotinib in lung adenocarcinoma

Findings support a role for snoRNA-guided rRNA modification as a novel non-genomic mechanism in early adaptive responses to crizotinib therapy in LUAD.
