Adaptive Handover Detection for QUIC over LEO Satellite Networks
The Adaptive Handover Detection (AHD) algorithm is proposed, which operates exclusively on observable end-to-end metrics, specifically RTT, available bandwidth, and packet loss rate, to distinguish link handover events from genuine network congestion without requiring any external auxiliary information.
