Case of late diagnosis of DiGeorge syndrome (22q11.2 deletion syndrome) in a patient with chronic nonspecific lung diseases

This case report demonstrates the difficulty of timely detection of the incomplete form of DiGeorge syndrome in the absence of early molecular genetic screening.
