TDC-FL: a trust-aware and cluster-driven federated learning framework for heterogeneous healthcare systems

This work proposes a novel Trust-Weighted Federated Learning Framework with Dynamic Clustering (TDC-FL) that addresses limitations of existing FL approaches through the introduction of trust-aware aggregation, unsupervised client grouping, and lightweight differential privacy mechanisms.
