HIV-1 prime-boost vaccination shapes distinct clonal trajectories and memory precursor states of Env- and Gag-specific T cells

It is demonstrated that heterologous DNA/rAd5 vaccination generates antigen-specific CD8⁺ T cell memory with distinct clonal trajectories and cellular programs, providing new insights into how vaccine platform and antigen-specificity shape the durability and functional properties of HIV-1 specific cellular immunity.

Deconvolution of the mechanisms of T cell drug response in multiple myeloma induction therapy

Lenalidomide (Revlimid™), bortezomib (Velcade™), and dexamethasone, are used alone or in combination (RVd therapy) as first-line therapies for hematologic malignancies including the plasma cell dyscrasia, Multiple Myeloma (MM). The effects of RVd treatment on tumor cells have been documented, but little is known about...

High-Dimensional Spectral Flow Cytometry Panel for Immunophenotypic Characterization of Fixed Whole Blood Samples.

Fixed whole blood fixation protocol for high-dimensional spectral cytometry is implemented to preserve surface protein epitopes and enable high-dimensional flow cytometry without the need for immediate sample processing, revealing consistent identification of major immune lineages.

High Resolution Single-Cell Epigenetic Atlas of Immune Cell Types Reveals Gene Regulatory Circuits in Healthy Humans 2308992

A large-scale scATAC-seq resource that substantially improves immune cell annotation and regulatory inference and provides an unprecedented reference for immune cell gene regulatory circuits and a valuable resource for exploring the epigenome of human immune cells is presented.
