GeoGAE: Scalable Graph-Level Autoencoding via Hyperball Cloud Representations

This work proposes GeoGAE, an autoencoder, in which the Transformer encoder translates a hyperball cloud into a graph-level embedding, and the Transformer decoder translates the graph-level embedding back into the graph.
