Does spasticity affect outcomes in patients with cerebral palsy undergoing posterior spinal fusion?

Patients with spastic CP experienced higher blood loss, more postoperative pain, and greater implant prominence while patients with ataxic-hypotonic CP had less pelvic obliquity but experienced more broken implants.
