Measuring Institutional Strategies for AI Teaching and Learning in Nigerian HEIs
It is concluded that clear institutional AI policies and lecturer readiness are critical factors supporting AI adoption in HEIs, while the role of ICT infrastructure requires further investigation with larger samples.
