Spectral Bounds for Kernel Quadrature

It is demonstrated that the eigenvalues of the kernel obtained by discretizing the integral using suitable quadrature formulas instead are approximated much better by the eigenvalues of the kernel obtained by discretizing the integral using suitable quadrature formulas instead.
