Genome-wide characterization of the Csa-miR156 family revels its dynamic role in drought stress response in cucumber

expression analyses showed differential expression patterns between Csa-miR156s and their target genes, and qPCR confirmed significant changes in Csa-miR156 expression under drought stress compared with controls, suggesting that Csa-miR156s are likely involved in the drought stress response in cucumber.
