qaGenome-wide identification of TCP transcription factors in Camellia sinensis and their expression response to light and dark conditions

The results provide a useful framework for further studies on the evolution and potential functions of TCP genes in C. sinensis and suggest that gene duplication contributed to the expansion of this family in tea plant.
