P-BFM: Perceptive Behavioral Foundation Models for Humanoid Control via Unsupervised Reinforcement Learning

Behavioral foundation models (BFMs) provide humanoids with reusable repertoires of whole-body behaviors; in real-world humanoid control, the same behavioral intent may require fundamentally different motions under different terrain constraints. Covering such variation with terrain-matched demonstrations requires enumer...

Hierarchical Whole-Body Control for Tendon-Cable-Driven Humanoids via Reference-Residual Policy and Offline-Learned Tendon Mapping

A hierarchical whole-body tracking framework for the 28-DoF Droid X3 that separates high-level motion learning from transmission compensation is presented and the aggregate action-completion rate is increased across the complete physical trials, an increase of 11 percentage points.
