METTL1-mediated m7G modification of valine tRNAs drives metabolic adaptation in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells

It is shown that METTL1 was overexpressed in PDAC tissues and that elevated METTL1 expression was associated with poor patient survival, and a METTL1/tRNA/mitochondria signaling axis is identified as a metabolic vulnerability and a promising therapeutic target in pancreatic cancer.
