X-Translator is presented, a low-cost modular cascaded S2ST system that combines streaming ASR, machine translation, and prompt-conditioned TTS through a session-level runtime controller that provides an open platform for understanding the practical trade-offs of deployment-oriented S2ST.
FullDiT is introduced, a conditional DiT that fuses eight frame-aligned RVQ streams with independently encoded captions and lyrics and uses non-causal self-attention over the complete acoustic latent sequence and outperforms five commercial systems on 15 of 18 automatic metrics.
