Enhanced Performance of NG-PON using CWDM and EDFA for Longer Transmission and Higher Data Rates

The results prove that the planned Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing - Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier’s combined design can provide suitable transmission performance at lengthy distances, with the 80 km structure exhibiting the strongest signal strength.
