Cost-effectiveness of CT perfusion, low-field MRI, and delayed high-field MRI in emergency department patients with dizziness concerning for stroke
Investigating the cost-effectiveness of alternate neuroimaging approaches in the evaluation of patients presenting to the emergency department with dizziness when high-field MRI is not available found observation for high-field MRI remained the most cost-effective strategy across a wide range of model parameters.
