Targeting CDKs in the RNAPII transcription cycle.

This Review examines how transcriptional or co-transcriptional processes become dysregulated in cancer cells, and how this dysfunction might create targetable vulnerabilities, and summarizes advances in therapeutic strategies targeting transcriptional CDKs.
