Influencing factors of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia for cesarean section women with PAH.

Spinal anesthesia provides safer and more stable perioperative hemodynamic conditions for PAH parturients undergoing cesarean section and the combined evaluation of preoperative clinical indicators can effectively predict postoperative adverse outcomes in this patient population.
