Early-Life Screen Exposure, Sleep Disturbance, and Emotional–Behavioral Problems among Preschool Children: A Cross-Sectional Study

In this sample, screen exposure exceeded recommended limits and was independently associated with poorer sleep and more emotional–behavioral problems, with sleep partially mediating the relationship.
