Undetected Heart Failure in Cardiology: Prevalence, Characteristics, and Outcome.

One-out-of three patients referred for CAD work-up had undetected HF, which was associated with cardiovascular death and AHF hospitalization, and was associated with an increased cumulative incidence of the composite endpoint.
