This paper proposes a unified post-quantum, privacy-preserving multimodal biometric authentication framework that integrates ML-KEM, a lattice-based post-quantum key encapsulation mechanism, with Cheon–Kim–Kim–Song (CKKS)-based fully homomorphic encryption for secure encrypted-domain biometric matching.
