An Explainable Federated Intrusion Detection Framework for SDN Using Distributed Key Generation and Threshold Homomorphic Encryption

The results demonstrate that the proposed framework provides a practical balance among decentralized key management, privacy-preserving aggregation, explainability, detection performance, and real-time SDN deployment feasibility.
