Collagenated Xenogeneic Versus Autogenous Bone Grafts for Ridge Reconstruction: A Prospective Study

Within the limitations of this prospective comparative study, onlay grafting with bovine bone blocks demonstrated clinically acceptable outcomes for horizontal ridge augmentation, with resorption rates comparable to autogenous grafts.
