Although INSTI-associated resistance emerged following the implementation of INSTI-based therapy in Thailand, its prevalence remained low, supporting the continued effectiveness of dolutegravir-based regimens and Continuous HIVDR surveillance remains essential to optimize long-term treatment outcomes.
