Oral Mesotherapy as an Adjunctive Approach for the Management of Localized Periodontitis: A Case Report

This case demonstrates that oral mesotherapy with I-PRF was well tolerated and was associated with favorable clinical periodontal changes when used as an adjunct to conventional periodontal therapy for managing localized periodontitis.
