Predictive Traffic Shaping as a UE Network Control Loop in Wireless Systems

P predictive traffic shaping is studied, a slower user-equipment control loop that changes when flexible demand reaches the radio access network (RAN) and the UE estimates useful pre-event demand and releases it across a lookahead window.
