The role of thyroid hormone beta 1 receptor (THRβ1) in metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH): from dysregulation to therapeutic target.

Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), previously known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), is still one of the most common chronic liver diseases worldwide. The build-up of triglycerides in the liver is a key feature of MASLD and can lead to oxidative stress and inflammation, there...

Sinigrin Mitigates Pulmonary Inflammation and Fibrosis Partly through Adenosine Monophosphate-Activated Protein Kinase (AMPK) Signaling.

Gen and protein expression analyses demonstrated that SNG dose-dependently attenuated the bleomycin-induced inflammatory and fibrotic marker expression, and mechanistic investigations demonstrated that SNG exerts its anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic effects partly through activation of AMPK signaling.

Pharmacological inhibition of CDK7 and CDK9 suppresses gastrointestinal (colon) cancer progression through modulation of stemness, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and chemoresistance.

GNE-3511 exerts potent anticancer activity by disrupting CDK7/9-dependent transcriptional programs that regulate proliferation, apoptosis, stemness, EMT, and multidrug resistance and is identified as a potential lead candidate for the treatment of colorectal cancers.
