Новизна работы – первая кластерная типология регуляторных профилей, разводящая два врачебных профиля. the style profiles of conscious self-regulation were compared in 140 practicing physicians – 70 each in the surgical and therapeutic fields. The research question was: do the profiles differ in the overall level of regulation or the configuration of its components? A self-regulation style questionnaire, a multifactorial personality questionnaire, and a burnout diagnostic method were used. The analysis included t- and U-tests, cluster and correlation analysis. No significant differences were found in the overall level (p = 0.194); however, the configurations diverged: surgeons demonstrated higher levels of programming (d = 0.69) and independence, while therapists demonstrated higher levels of planning (d = 0.61) and modeling. Three stylistic types were identified, associated with specialization (Cramer's V = 0.42) and burnout. The novelty of this study is the first cluster typology of regulatory profiles that differentiates two medical profiles.
