Instant-Guided Retrieval-Augmented Generation with LoRA-based Intent Routing, a novel customer assistance system with intent-based retrieval, was successfully created and evaluations used ROUGE-1, ROUGE-L, BLEU, Format adherence rate, exact match, and fuzzy match accuracy.
